Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically collect your goods from the parcel locker.

How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@ribboni.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm your return request and provide the return address.

Returning Your Items

You must send back the items within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect items as you would in a physical store. If items show diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Custom Gift Service (CGS) - Non-Refundable

The Custom Gift Service is a service, not a physical product. By purchasing CGS, you expressly consent to the service beginning immediately upon order confirmation and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

The service is fully performed at the point of gift box assembly, prior to shipping. Therefore, the CGS fee (€5 per box) is non-refundable. This also applies to materials used in the service, including the gift box, filling, and wrapping, as these cannot be resold.

You may still return other products from your order under the standard 14-day withdrawal right, regardless of whether they were included in a gift box.

Legal Guarantee for Defective Goods

This return policy covers your right of withdrawal (changing your mind). If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please refer to the Legal Guarantee section in our Terms of Service. Defective items are handled separately and return shipping for defective products is covered by us.
