Delivery Area

We currently ship only within Latvia.

Shipping Methods

We offer delivery to parcel lockers (pakomāti) via Omniva and DPD. Home delivery is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. All prices include VAT.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery to your selected parcel locker typically takes 1-3 business days.

Total Estimated Time

From placing your order to delivery: 4-8 business days.

Parcel Collection

Once your parcel arrives at the selected locker, you will receive a notification with a pickup code. Please collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier (typically 7 days for Omniva, 7 days for DPD). Uncollected parcels will be returned to us.

Risk of Loss

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you physically collect your parcel from the locker.

Problems with Delivery

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or not delivered, please contact us at support@ribboni.shop with your order number and we will resolve the issue.
